Our kitchen focuses its proposal on the rescue of local products.

To reach these products we must make a long journey of reunion with our original culture and learn again from the ancestral traditions and wisdoms.

In this way, the kitchen that you will try, is also the work of orchardsmen who with their laborious and patient hands have achieved their harvest, the work of producers who have erred again and again until they reach the product that is on your plate, at work of the gatherer, who thanks to the wisdom transmitted through the years knows whats edible in a living forest and many more.
