High season:
From Monday to Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Peumayen Lodge & Termas Boutique, since its foundation, it has been created under the appreciation of the beautiful place in which we are located. We realize the privileged location and we are convinced that one of our missions is to maintain our environment and improve the quality of life of our team.

Given our concern for current times, and our awareness and intention to make our production processes more sustainable with the environment and our locality, we have developed a management system that leads us to continuous improvements of our operations under the three areas that sustainability is defined today, that is, the social, economic and environmental aspects.

We have then developed and implemented some good practices, and we encourage all our team and visitors to join this work:

1.- Social Aspect

-We promise to prefer local producers. We promote networking and articulation with services that meet sustainability criteria in the area, for the development of the associativity and decentralization of the country. By consuming our services you will also be supporting the local economy and regional development.

– We support cultural, educational and / or environmental activities in community.
We usually have published programs, fairs, events or local organizations that are worth supporting. Take the time to get to know Pucón and its surroundings, its customs and its cultural wealth. Prefer local commerce and products made by the sector, thus supporting the small family and small-scale economy.

– We support the trade of handicrafts and products of origin of our locality. In this way we make our store available for the exhibition of various works made by local artisans.

– We apply fair trade in our purchases of local products. This means that in our business relationships with this or that supplier, rewards dialogue, respect for each other’s work, and transparency.

2.- Economic aspect

– A percentage of our permanent and seasonal employees are residents of nearby towns. For us, the presence of local people is important as it marks an authentic seal of attention, and it is they who know our place better.

– We respect equal treatment, while different ethnic groups and genders coexist.

– Of course, we reject child abuse and any form of sexual abuse and / or power.

– We are governed and updated the current labor regulations.

– We are committed to supporting at least one non-profit foundation, whose purpose is to reduce the carbon footprint generated by our visitors and passengers.

– We care that our operations are safe for our workers and visitors.

– We constantly monitor the quality of our services and customer perception.

– We are committed to maintaining permanent management and supervision of our commitments and good practices for sustainable development.

3.- Environmental aspect

-Water is a valuable resource, and we take care of it by making good use of it. We have arranged aerators on the sink faucets, wc with double load. As a protocol, we change the sheets and towels every 3 days, unless the passenger requests otherwise. We ask our visitors for moderate showers, and thus avoid the collapse of our sewers and decrease consumption.

– The common areas are heated, through a pellet boiler, friendly to the environment, however the rooms are only heated when we know that a passenger will arrive. We ask you to make proper use of the heating, do not ask for heating to the thermostat if you are going to leave your window open or do not leave it to the fullest if you are not going to be in the room. The same, we ask about the air conditioning.

– We begin a process of changing economic bulbs to Led, and as an effort we ask you not to leave lights on if they are not going to be used. If you are leaving your room, do not leave your lights on.

– We regularly select and measure the garbage we produce. We use organic waste to compost, and we also ask you to select your waste. We have arranged differentiated garbage dumps for the garbage that is currently recyclable in our environment, please take a few minutes and also separate your garbage. We have located our clean spot in the hallway outside the Lodge.

– On the enabled trails we have marked emblematic species that our visitor would like to know and enjoy. We ask you not to uproot plants or seeds, bring your trash with you to the appropriate trash can and of course do not smoke. A fire is the worst catastrophe for any forest.

Booking Conditions and Policies

Details and conditions:

  • Values expressed in dollars, does not include VAT, and corresponds to passenger stays that comply with the regulations indicated in our Reservation Policies. Values expressed in CLP, include VAT.
  • All values, except accommodation, are expressed per person.
  • Accommodation values are expressed per room per night of accommodation.
  • Accommodation includes maid service, breakfast and access to the thermal pool and thermal wells. Use of swimming pool according to operating hours.

For those who stay at the Lodge, breakfast will be served in the restaurant from 9:00 to 10:30, and for those staying in the suites, breakfast will be served in the room, at the same time. Breakfast service to the suite for more than two people is excluded.

  • Any room service, except breakfast in suites, has a value of $ 2,500 per person.
  • Check In from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., check out from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Late check out has a value in Lodge of $ 3,990 per hour, and in Suite of $ 5,990 per hour, depending on availability.
  • The half-board service, can be lunch or dinner, and includes a starter, main course and dessert from our menu, in addition to a glass of wine or a juice and coffee.
  • The full board service includes lunch and dinner, and includes a starter, main course and dessert from our menu, in addition to a glass of wine or a juice and coffee.
  • The pension for children includes a main course, a dessert and a juice.
  • The value of the hot springs + lunch, corresponds to a starter, a main course and a dessert, from the menu of the day. Does not include drinks.

Lodge La Montaña (8 rooms, total capacity 21 people)

  • MAÑÍO: Matrimonial or Double Room for people with reduced mobility. Room of 30 m2 on the first floor. It has a King size bed, which can be separated into two individual beds on request, minibar, 32 ”LCD TV with satellite connection, adjustable heating, air conditioning, safety box, private bathroom with shower, and hairdryer of hair. Includes homemade biodegradable amenities. Capacity for two people, adults or children. View towards the forest. Includes the use of two pool towels daily.

While it is true, the design of the room is intended for people who use a wheelchair, the room can be used by anyone, therefore it is subject to the availability and guarantee of the reservation, just like any other room.

  • ARRAYÁN: Matrimonial room. Room of 21 m2 located on the 2nd floor. It has a double bed of 2 seats, minibar, 32 ”LCD TV with satellite connection, adjustable heating, air conditioning, safe, private bathroom with shower, and hairdryer. Includes homemade biodegradable amenities. Capacity for two people, adults or children. View towards the restaurant. Includes the use of two daily pool towels.
  • COIGÜE: Matrimonial room. Room of 21 m2 located on the 2nd floor. It has a King size bed that can be separated into two single beds on request, mini bar, 32 ”LCD TV with satellite connection, adjustable heating, air conditioning, safe, private bathroom with tub and shower, and hair dryer. It also has a private balcony overlooking the garden and the pool. Includes homemade biodegradable amenities. Capacity for two people. View towards the pool and restaurant. Includes the use of two pool towels daily.
  • NOTRO: Notro Triple Room. Room of 22 m2 located on the 2nd floor. It has a king size bed that can be separated into two single beds on request, and a single bed, minibar, 32 ”LCD TV with satellite connection, adjustable heating, air conditioning, safety box, private bathroom with shower, and hairdryer. Includes homemade biodegradable amenities. Capacity for three people. View towards the forest. Includes the use of three pool towels daily.
  • ULMO: Matrimonial room. Room of 20 m2 located on the 2nd floor. It has a king size bed that can be separated into two single beds on request, minibar, 32 ”LCD TV with satellite connection, adjustable heating, air conditioning, safe, private bathroom with shower, and hairdryer. Includes homemade biodegradable amenities. Capacity for two people, adults or children. View towards the forest and the mountain. Includes the use of two pool towels daily.
  • LENGA: Matrimonial room. Room of 22 m2 located on the 2nd floor. It has a king size bed that can be separated into two single beds on request, minibar, 32 ”LCD TV with satellite connection, adjustable heating, air conditioning, safe, private bathroom with shower, and hairdryer. Includes homemade biodegradable amenities. Capacity for two people, adults or children. View towards the forest and the mountain. Includes the use of two pool towels daily.
  • CIPRÉS: Quadruple room. Room of 27 m2 located on the 2nd floor. It has a double bed of 2 seats and in a different environment with a 1-seater cabin, minibar, 32 ”LCD TV with satellite connection, adjustable heating, air conditioning, safety box, private bathroom with shower, and hairdryer. It also has a private balcony overlooking the garden. Includes homemade biodegradable amenities. Capacity for four people, adults or children. View towards the garden. Includes the use of four pool towels daily.
  • TINEO: Quadruple room. 48 m2 apartment located on the 3rd floor. It has a room with a king size bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request, and a large window with a view of the Papal Mountain, and another smaller room, with a cabin, as well as a living room with large windows to the garden. It has 32 ”LCD TV with satellite connection, adjustable heating, air conditioning, safety box, 1 private bathroom with shower, and hairdryer. Includes homemade biodegradable amenities. Capacity for four people, adults or children. 360 ° view, mountains, restaurant, garden and pool. Includes the use of four pool towels daily.

Suites Matrimoniales (4 Rooms, total capacity of 8 to 12 people)

  • RAULÍ HUALLE, LLEUQUE, LAUREL, and RAULÍ: Suites of 32 m2, located 300 meters from the reception and the Lodge and very close to the thermal wells. They have a King size bed, minibar, 32 ”LCD TV with satellite connection, central heating by radiators and radiant slab, natural ventilation, bathroom with biodegradable homemade amenities, hydromassage tub, hair dryer, safe and balcony . Capacity for two people. It is possible to add up to an additional bed, however space is reduced. View towards the river Liucura, and 40 meters from the thermal wells. Includes the use of two robes and two daily towels for daily pool. The robes are exclusively for adults. Breakfast included in the room only for two people.
     

II.- Seasons detail

Low Season: From March 16 to December 14, except for detailed exceptions in the high season

High Season: Long weekends, holidays, July, national holidays, and from December 15 to March 15.

 

III.- Reservation Guarantee

All reservation requests must be made via email to the mail recepcion@termaspeumayen.cl, detailing name and number of passengers, number of rooms requested and date of entry and departure.

For the reservation request to be valid and effective, there must be a written confirmation through the same means.

Reservations made by telephone are not valid and do not ensure that the requested room is confirmed.

To confirm any reservation we request the name of the passenger who is going to make the registration, the credit card number and expiration date. By sending this information, the client authorizes Peumayen Lodge & Termas Boutique to retain the following percentages:

  • Of 100% of the stay, in the case of 1 night accommodation
  • From 50% of 2 to 4 nights accommodation
  • From 25% of 5 or more nights accommodation

Likewise, these data will serve as a guarantee of some payment, as a possible cancellation after the deadline, no show or early departure.

If the passenger does not have a credit card, it is possible to guarantee the reservation through a transfer or deposit in the same percentages indicated above.

Any deposit or transfer must be backed up by means of some accredited proof and sent to the mail recepcion@termaspeumayen.cl.

Without prior payment and shipment of this, your reservation is subject to the availability of the hotel at the time of your entry.

We accept payments with transfers and credit or debit cards. For security, we avoid cash.

IV.- Cancellation Policies

High Season: Cancellation is allowed without extra charge, if we are informed by email with a minimum of 10 days before the date of booking. Otherwise, the penalty will be as follows:

  • Of 100% of the stay, in the case of 1 night accommodation.
  • From 50% of the stay, in the case of 2 to 4 nights accommodation.
  • From 25% of the stay, in the case of 5 or more nights of accommodation.

Low Season: Cancellation is allowed without extra charge, if we are informed by email with a minimum of 7 days before the date of booking. Otherwise, the penalty will be as follows:

  • Of 100% of the stay, in the case of 1 night accommodation.
  • From 50% of the stay, in the case of 2 to 4 nights accommodation.
  • From 25% of the stay, in the case of 5 or more nights of accommodation.

 

V.- No Show and Early Departure

No Show will be charged for all reservations that, having not reported any cancellation, did not show up at the hotel, the hotel will therefore charge 100% of the stay.

By Early Departure, we understand all those early departures that were not informed with a minimum of 7 days before arrival, in the case of low season, or 10 days if the entry was made in high season. For this concept, 100% of unused nights will be charged.

VI.- VAT exempt payment

To access the tax benefit of 19% VAT tax, applicable to lodging and consumption of food and beverages, the following requirements must be met:

  • The registered passenger who cancels the stay must be a foreigner, not a resident of Chile, whose stay in our country, does not exceed 59 days from the entry to it. You will be asked for your passport as a supporting document.
  • You must prove your entry into the country, through the Chilean Customs document.
  • The total account must only be canceled in dollars in cash. Damaged, stained or slightly broken dollars will not be received.

 

VII.- Children Policy

We consider those children from 0 to 10 years younger.

We release one child per room, sharing existing beds. Does not include breakfast for the child, which has an additional cost of $ 8,500. It also does not include the use of daily towels.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

If an adult is presented with a minor, we will request to prove kinship.

VIII.- Pet policy

Pets are not allowed inside the park.

IX.- Damage Repair Policy

If for any reason the passenger causes any damage to the hotel facilities, he undertakes to reimburse Peumayen Lodge & Termas Boutique for the amount of damage assessed by the administration.

We retain a certain percentage as a guarantee of reservation. Upon check-in, the entire stay will be retained, which will be canceled at the passenger’s departure, when he or she pays for the stay with the chosen payment method.

Frequent questions

How do you get from Pucón?
You can take a taxi (more or less $ 20,000) or a rural bus ($ 2,000 approx). These depart from the Pullman terminal and in front of the Jac buses. There are several round trip schedules

How do you get from Temuco?
You can take the airport transfer to Pucón. The average rate is $ 15,000 per person. Once in Pucón, you can arrive by Taxi or Bus. For stays longer than 3 nights, we recommend the rental of a vehicle, which grants much more freedom when visiting places and is more convenient economically.

Can you come for the day to enjoy the hot springs?
Yes, canceling the entrance.

Can you pay with cards?
You can pay by debit or credit card, transfer and cash.

How many pools are there?
We have a covered thermal pool, a cold outdoor pool from October to April, and two small thermal wells by the river.

Can you make pic-nic?
No, we do not have any area enabled for pic nic. If you bring food please eat it in your own vehicle.

For who is coming for the day, can you charge per hour to use the hot springs?
No, the value of the ticket is not governed by time of use. We open at 10:30 and close the thermal wells at 5:00 p.m. and the pools at 7:00 p.m.

How do you make a reservation?
Reservations are made via email. We confirm availability and request to guarantee the reservation through credit card or bank transfer. For foreigners the only way to book is by credit card.

What does the accommodation include?
Includes breakfast, access to thermal facilities and daily room cleaning.

Is VAT included?
Yes, our rates include taxes

Can you pay in dollars?
It is possible to pay the stay in dollars, presenting a foreign passport and entry sheet to the country as a tourist. Presenting these documents we can charge the lodging stay and what is consumed in the restaurant in dollars, discounting the 19% tax

Is there a restaurant service?
Yes, we have a restaurant, with lunch and dinner service. In low season, we close this service on Sunday from 4pm and Monday all day. We ask passengers whose stay coincides with these days to organize to feed. We will always be open to deliver the best options to the surroundings.

Do you receive pets?
No, we do not receive pets. One of the reasons is that we already have free pets, and there could be problems of “living together” among them.

What activities can be done near the Lodge?
We recommend visiting El Cañi Sanctuary just 7 km away, or Huerquehue National Park, 14 km from the Lodge, without doubt, magical places that you will love.
